Jazz Camp Registration Details
2023 REGISTRATION OPENS MAR. 27 @ 5 PM!
Welcome to the JazzWorks Jazz Camp and Composers’ Symposium registration page. Our three-day Composers' Symposium/Practice Retreat runs from Monday, August 21, 5:00 pm to Thursday, August 24, 5:00 pm and our Main Jazz Camp runs from Thursday, August 24, 5:00 pm to Sunday, August 27, 5:00 pm.
We want to ensure that your experience is everything you hoped for and more! Please be sure to read the Terms and Conditions before you proceed with your registration. If you need to cancel your participation after you have registered, you may do so subject to the terms and conditions outlined in that document.
All registrants must hold a current JazzWorks Friend Membership. If you need to purchase a Friend Membership, please add that item to your Shopping Cart when purchasing your spot for Camp.
Note that you will be asked to submit an mp3 demo tape prior to Camp. It consists of two tunes/songs in contrasting styles, one of which should be a Blues and the other tune a Jazz Standard or original composition. This will help faculty place you in the most appropriate combo and musical setting. Details on this process will be sent to all participants upon registration.
Please fill out the Personal Information and Questionnaire form. It is important that you complete this form as it gives us valuable information on such details as how to place you in a combo, dietary needs and other requests (i.e., private bathroom). Please fill out the form WITH your registration.
Once your registration is complete, you will be sent an information package with more details on how to get to CAMMAC, COVID policies, what to bring, and what to expect each day at Camp.
Please note: Rooms may not be reserved in advance. Accommodations will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.
JazzWorks will adopt the following CAMMAC Covid protocols for jazz camp. We also encourage singers to bring their own microphones.
