​Alun Davies Memorial Scholarship

A scholarship was inaugurated in 2014 in honour of Alun Davies, a bass player and composer well-known in both Toronto and Ottawa music circles. Alun attended Jazz Camp in 2006 and established some lasting musical friendships there. The scholarship was set up by Al’s friend Rob Martin, one of the busiest guitarists in town and a familiar face at camp and at jam sessions.
