20th JazzWorks camp a blast
The 2013 camp was an amazing celebration of 20 years of the JazzWorks experience, with exciting new young players, the usual inspired performances by the faculty, one of the best closing concerts ever — plus an occasionally wacky but always musical tribute to Judy Humenick, led by Rob Frayne, Christine Duncan and Julie Michels. Watch this website for further details in the days ahead. Meanwhile, check out the Jazz Camp tab for everything you wanted to know about the camp experience. Follow the links under Jazz Camp for registration details and form download.
Don't miss the Dec. 19 jam
The popular third-Thursday-of-the-month jam sessions continue Dec. 19 at the Carleton Tavern. See the Jam Session page under News and Events for further details.
Lots of surprises, seasonal and otherwise, in store when Gaby Warren leads the Christmas jam session. See more in Tune Up, the JazzWorks Blog by Charley Gordon.
