1. Terms and Conditions: Please read the Terms and Conditions before proceeding to Registration.
2. "Friend of JazzWorks": All registrants are required to be a current Friend of JazzWorks at the time of Camp. If you need to become a Friend, please add that item to your Shopping Cart when purchasing your spot at Camp. You may pay for both at the same time. If you are unsure if your Friendship is current, please contact the Administrator.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Please review our Terms and Conditions.
4. Official Registration Status: Please note that your registration is not official until you receive e-mailed of confirmation from the administrator.
5. On-site Accommodations: For information about accommodations, please visit our "About Camp" page. Please note that rooms and camping spots will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. We do our best to accommodate everyone, but registering early is the best way to ensure the room you want.
6. Off-site Accommodations: There are a few hotels and RV parks in the Lac MacDonald area. For information on the closest ones, please visit our "About Camp" page. If you find off-site accommodation, please register for the "Course Fee Only" option.
7. Meal Options for "Off-site/Course Fee Only" Registrants: Please note that if you register for the "Course Fee Only," you may also purchase the CAMMAC Meal Plan which costs $187 for the 3-day session and $373 for the 6-day session. Another option is to purchase Individual Meal Tickets at the Tuck Shop (Breakfast - $17.88, Lunch - $25.96, Dinner - $27.00).
8. MP3 demo & Questionnaire (After Registration): Once your registration is complete, you be sent a link to the Personal Information and Questionnaire. It is important to complete this form as it gives us valuable information for combo placement, dietary needs and other special requests. In order to help the music director place you in the most appropriate combo, you will also be asked to submit a demo in MP3 format to [email protected]. This demo should consist of two tunes in contrasting styles, one of which should be a ballad and the other an upbeat jazz standard or original composition. The deadline to submit demos is June 15. Note: Vocalists in the Intensive Program do NOT need to submit a demo tape.
